We are bidding a 400 kW DC job using Enphase C250s that will be tied to 277/480V service. Looking for a 400 KVA transformer since Enphase specifies that the C250 requires a transformer to work with 480V service. Any thoughts about what might work? I know Acme makes some transformers to Enphase specs but I'm not sure what exactly is needed. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.

You may want to consider an Autotransformer in this case.
Typical Isolation Transformers have the FULL power going through the coils but in AUTO transformers a part of the power goes directly from one side to the other side without going through the coils. So if only partial power goes through the coils then they can be smaller/lesser conductor weight hence less cost. In auto transformers there is no electrical isolation between the primary circuit and the secondary circuit so no electrostatic shield and no major insulation in between.
