Hello,

I have an installation with two series strings. I'd like to have a disconnect box that would handle both these strings without combining them into parallel (the strings will be combined directly at the inverter). I'd like to avoid the expense of using two separate disconnect boxes. Is there a DC disconnect on the market than can work for two strings without combining them?
Thanks!Doug

For a grounded array, you would break the two positive leads and run the negative leads straight through to the inverter. The Disconnect has three poles, and you would use two of them. You can also order this disconnect with two poles - fused or unfused.
