i have high volts of 130 on my outlets instead of 120, coming from my inverter, can this condition be turn down.
I have the Freedom 458, Xantrex, i would like to know can the voltage be turn down to 120 volts, from 130, volts.

This is the inverter's nominal voltage. If you are connecting, say, a 120V appliance to the inverter you will not cause damage. Grid voltage, for example, is not a constant. It can vary, an most appliance have a tolerance of +/- 10% anyway.
Is this grid tied? If so, shouldn't the inverter just follow the grid voltage? If you "turned it down", you would no longer be in sync with the grid, and would not be able to push power out on tho the grid.
Syncing with the grid is not in terms of voltage primarily, it is in sync when your system is producing a 60 cycle waveform that exactly matches the power companies 60 cycle (hertz) wave form. Your inverter will produce a voltage about 1 volt above the power companies incoming voltage making your inverters power more preferable to theirs consequently, using your power first.
