It says "Up to ten PV panels (five panels in each of the two channels, with a combined width of up to 115 inches per channel)." Anybody who can clarify?

Thank you for this frequently asked question. I'd start by reading the installation manual but I agree that the dimensions are not clear.
The best tool you would is the IronRidge Pole Mount Configurator. You can select the number of which modules you are using and it tells you which pole mount you'll have to use.
If you prefer making the calculations by yourself: The length of the channel rail should be equal to the sum of the widths of the modules you are using. (see the first image)
The length of the cross rails should be greater than the distance between the upper bottom hole and the lower bottom hole of the two modules. (see the seond image)
