With the help of solar installer A1A Solar Contracting, Greentech Renewables assisted Severt & Sons, a South Carolina produce wholesale distribution company, in implementing its own solar system. The system will generate approximately 671,715 kWh/year of electricity annually, fulfilling around 81% of the facility’s power consumption.
The company’s president, Mike Severt, realized that as a produce distribution company, investing in renewable energy will help to protect and secure the future of the business.

The 1,650-panel array, engineered and designed by Greentech Renewables, featured products by JinkoSolar, IronRidge, and SolarEdge. All of the main components were supplied by Greentech Renewables and installed by A1A Solar Contracting.
